Facilitating Institutional excellence through SQAA tool & preparing School development plan for next 3 years , including implementation of Pedagogical plan
To prepare a robust/comprehensive SDP for next 3 years by 30th Nov
Incorporating Preventive practices and procedures for making our school safe and prepare bi-annual report of the same
1. Ensure safety measures as per checklist
2. Conduct safety audits at least twice a year
Glide path for the reduction of subsidy in schools for next 3 years
Ensure subsidy glide path is prepared by 30th October and follow the directions set in glide path.
People’s development goals : develop a comprehensive training and development plan for all the teachers in the school, with focus on functional / subject expertise as well as behavioural / impact basis. And ensure clear milestones of progress for the different people.
1. Observe all teachers at least 4 times a year
2. Support teachers in implementing learnings in the classroom
Local goals- that is specific to improving the academic performance, For e.g. : empowering low scoring students, grooming second line administration, empowering Vice Principals, social outreach programmes Personality development initiatives, etc
